    Spearheading the entire Oracle ERP EBS system as the sole Functional Consultant, encompassing all modules from Financials to SCM deployed at PCAA. Executed full-cycle ERP implementation of Oracle SCM at PCAA.

    Major Contributions

    • Craft AS-IS & TO-BE documents, SOPs, user guides, training materials and functional design documentation
    • Conduct detailed business analysis for financial modules, identifying future requirements and designing solutions
    • Coordinate with Oracle Support, DBAs, developers and technical consultants for issue resolution and bug fixes
    • Review functional setups and configurations, taking corrective actions across all deployed modules
    • Provide support for real-time issues and year-end closing activities
